A2B Handyman Services completely remodeled my old, dark basement (approx. 800 sq ft) and transformed the space into a home gym, laundry room, utility closet and gorgeous walk-in pantry. I couldn’t have imagined how wonderfully the project would turn out but I am more than thrilled with the end result. There were significant challenges to the space such as old pipes, a lot of ductwork to box in and uneven floors, but these guys are pros and dealt with each and every problem along the way with a great, positive attitude and always found a reasonable, cost-effective solution to all of our problems. Project: Remodel a Basement

Highly recommended! Professional, great quality work and very trustworthy. They completely remodeled our bathroom as well as paint the walls and install new hardwood floors in the adjoining bedroom. Also had carpentry work with new window seat, baseboards, and crown moldings. The bathroom work was extensive with intricate marble tile design, including bench and shower niche as well as marble floor and wall tiles. They also redid the plumbing, installed new ventilation and radiant floor heating with electrical coils under the marble. Extremely satisfied with their attention to detail, completely trustworthy crew, always on time and everything turned out beautifully. Also one of the best priced bids we received for the work. Would definitely use them again for future projects!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

Attic to Basement installed insulation in the attic of our 100 year old house as well as waterproof our basement and added insulation to the walls and the ceiling of the basement to cut energy consumption. They worked quickly, were extremely courteous and professional, and did a great job overall. Best of all, my energy bill was literally cut in half ever since the project was completed. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Project: Install or Upgrade Insulation

I hired them to redo the baseboard and install new railings on our hall way stairs. They stained the new railing to the perfect color I wanted and did a great job installing it. They also repainted the hallway to the stairs, painted and installed new shelving in an existing built-in and repaired the baseboard trim in the hallway. They did a fantastic job and were timely and professional. Personally, I have found they have the best quality to price ratio of all the contractors I have used in the past. I have used them in a couple of other projects as well and would definitely continue to use them again in the future for all of my other projects!

Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings

Keelin and Barry did an awesome job in rennovating the kitchen in our 1923 townhouse in Bronxville. They were very professional and extremely responsive to all of our needs. In addition to the kitchen, they painted several rooms, had new floors installed, moved pipes, updated electrical and did everything, big and small, we asked of them, all with a smile and a can do attitude. I expect to hire them next year to renovate my bathroom. They are great guys who do great work. Rick

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

Keelin and his crew arrived promptly at the time he said they would, they were professionals all the way. Due to my lack of knowledge of tiles, I gave him the wrong information of the sort of tiles I needed for the job, his response “no problem” he went out returned with the correct tiles, it was a bit lengthy due to the previous job that was done, but Keelin and his his crew did a proper job (which is what I though I paid of the first time, NOT with Keelin’s company). He returned all my phone calls immediately, which can’t be said for my building’s “assigned plumber” YOU SUCK!!!!!!. I can’t say enough how absolutely PLEASED I am I got in contact with Keelin. You and your crew do EXCELLENT work, I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an Honest plumber/contractor. Thank you very much Keelin and your crew.
